The Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician role is part-time and onsite in a client’s home in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides home-based ABA services to children and families across Arizona, New Jersey, and North Carolina. The role provides one-to-one, play-based ABA support to children with autism or developmental delays, following treatment plans designed by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The work helps children build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence while tracking progress and coordinating with the clinical team and families.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support in children’s homes using play-based ABA techniques
• follow supervisor-developed treatment plans
• record session progress using a phone or tablet data system
• coordinate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• share session feedback with families.
