Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator

What you'll do

• Maintain current and terminated employee files and employee health files
• process hires, terminations, pay increases, and adjustments
• notify managers of evaluations due and distribute forms
• process background checks, insurance, 401(k), and leave documents
• process payroll twice monthly and print checks
• report job injuries
• complete daily census and labor-hours reports
• enroll employees in the time-clock system and help verify time records before payroll.
