What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts across the full customer lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings and deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Monitor and act on customer health indicators.
- Proactively identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
