The role helps deliver quality work on schedule, protects homeowners' property, and develops Carpenter I and II team members through coaching and training.

What you'll do

• Lead field execution of residential remodeling projects
• perform advanced carpentry including framing, cabinetry, doors and windows, trim, drywall, flooring, and exterior work
• interpret drawings, scopes, specifications, and schedules
• plan daily work and coordinate crews, trade partners, materials, and jobsite activities
• coach and train carpenters
• monitor workmanship and quality
• identify and communicate jobsite issues
• communicate with homeowners
• maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites
• protect customer property
• complete jobsite documentation and reinforce safety procedures.
