What you'll do

• Oversee homeless services, outreach, shelter, bridge, transitional, and supportive housing programs
• supervise managers, supervisors, and assigned staff
• develop and improve service models, standards, policies, and procedures
• monitor performance and outcomes
• support program planning and expansion
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff
• oversee compliance, quality assurance, audits, and reporting
• maintain relationships with funders, agencies, service providers, housing partners, and community leaders
• support budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and grant implementation and reporting.
