Senior Laboratory Planner

What you'll do

• Develop project design and sustainability goals, programs, and basis of design
• translate project goals into concepts, programming, and planning strategies
• account for applicable standards, ordinances, and codes
• research materials and products
• create presentations, reports, narratives, drawings, and 3D representations
• improve sector efficiency and work quality
• coordinate with discipline leaders and attend project meetings
• document interpretations and review submittals during bidding and construction administration
• use generative design and automation tools with Rhino and Revit models
• mentor staff and lead project design efforts.
