The Staff Product Manager, AI Infrastructure (Fleet Management) role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $215,000–$260,000 per year, plus bonus; restricted stock units are included in all offers. Crusoe builds AI infrastructure to support AI workloads. This role owns product strategy and execution for systems that keep Crusoe’s GPU and CPU fleet reliable and efficient at scale. It translates operational and customer reliability needs into product capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams to improve fleet lifecycle management and infrastructure outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own fleet management product vision and strategy across provisioning, burn-in, lifecycle management, monitoring, maintenance orchestration, and optimization
• lead product work from discovery through launch and iteration
• coordinate engineering, infrastructure operations, networking, and customer success
• build consensus on architecture, tooling, and operational improvements
• use customer feedback and operational metrics to guide requirements
• mentor product managers and engineers.
