Tier 2 IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, and network issues
• support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint security
• provide remote support and coordinate onsite troubleshooting
• investigate security alerts and vulnerabilities
• manage authorized user accounts and access
• own escalated tickets through verified resolution
• document work and communicate updates
• collaborate with and mentor Tier 1 technicians.
