What you'll do

• Provide daily hygiene care and assistance with activities of daily living with dignity and respect.
• Learn residents’ preferences to personalize care.
• Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to appropriate team members.
• Follow safety, infection-control, and risk-management procedures and keep the supervisor informed of resident status.
