What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of smaller to moderate-sized buildings

• oversee maintenance requests
• prepare financial reporting
• process accounts receivable and payable
• manage vendors and bids
• train and manage a team
• ensure building systems meet applicable codes
• appear at rent board and court proceedings
• work flexible hours, including on-call after hours as needed.
