It analyzes contracts and performance data, supports payer negotiations and value-based programs, and coordinates cross-functional work to improve quality, utilization, and patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop strategies to maximize value-based reimbursement
• analyze payer performance, reimbursement models, utilization, quality, and financial results
• monitor contract performance and develop action plans
• build payer relationships and lead or support negotiations and renewals
• support ACO and other value-based programs
• monitor HEDIS and other quality measures
• oversee provider credentialing and payer enrollment with internal teams and vendors
• develop reports and dashboards
• coordinate strategic projects and communicate recommendations to leadership.
