What you'll do

• Learn cost-rate development, including labor, overhead, and allocation methods
• assist with rate calculations, supporting schedules, and variance analysis
• support month-end close through reconciliations, journal entries, and management reporting
• validate data and review trends
• contribute to standardized reporting, documentation, internal controls, audit requirements, and kaizen initiatives
• build proficiency in ERP and financial tools.
