General Manager, Pilates Studio

The role builds foundational membership, develops community partnerships, hires and coaches the team, and manages studio performance. What you'll do

• Lead pre-sale strategy and membership growth
• manage leads and close memberships
• develop local partnerships and organize outreach events and pop-ups
• meet membership, revenue, and utilization targets
• track sales conversion, retention, and revenue KPIs
• recruit, hire, onboard, and coach staff
• oversee scheduling, payroll, reporting, inventory, expenses, and brand standards
• complete instructor training
• teach approximately 4–6 classes per month or as needed and cover classes when necessary.
