CNC Machine Operator

The operator sets up, runs, monitors, and maintains CNC and laser-cutting equipment to produce components for power infrastructure and data center products. The role supports production schedules and quality requirements through material handling, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, and safe equipment operation.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC and laser-cutting equipment
• review work orders, blueprints, programs, and specifications
• verify materials and machine settings
• perform startup, shutdown, and operational checks
• monitor efficiency and quality
• handle and track materials
• support fabrication, forming, grinding, deburring, sanding, and finishing
• inspect parts and report non-conforming materials
• troubleshoot routine machine issues and perform operator-level adjustments and basic preventive maintenance
• maintain equipment and work areas
• complete production and inspection records and communicate shift handoffs.
