What you'll do
- Coordinate provider credentialing and privileging
- complete and document primary-source verifications
- maintain credentialing files and track expiring credentials
- coordinate reviews and approvals
- support audits and surveys
- enroll providers with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payers
- maintain CAQH and enrollment records
- track applications through approval
- investigate enrollment-related claim denials and payment delays
- assist with payer follow-up, accounts receivable, and revenue-recovery projects
- maintain centralized tracking of credentialing and revenue-readiness.
