The Team Lead, Warehouse Outbound Operations role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with hours of 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $26.93–$37.02 per hour. The team lead directs outbound warehouse work to ensure HVAC equipment and accessories are picked, staged, processed, and loaded safely and accurately. The role supports shipping schedules, warehouse security, and operational performance while coordinating forklift operators and monitoring process data.

What you'll do

• Lead forklift operators and track outbound performance
• operate forklifts and clamps and perform daily inspections
• direct accurate picking, staging, and loading
• analyze shipping data using SAP and Excel
• audit safety practices, shipping manifests, and warehouse moves
• maintain a clean and secure warehouse
• support the shift supervisor.
