The Maintenance Technician — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Marion, IN, with a 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. schedule on days of the week to be determined. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, with a shift differential. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot equipment
• replace plumbing fixtures, clear drains and pipes, identify leaks, and rebuild flush valves
• adjust building automation systems
• test and inspect generators
• replace lights and ceiling tiles
• use drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and repair issues
• coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• perform preventive maintenance on emergency power and lighting, ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC, and other building systems
• inspect buildings and mechanical rooms.
