What you'll do

• Assist Operations Program Managers with daily execution and coordination
• maintain schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables
• track issues and follow up with owners
• prepare status updates
• identify overdue items and risks
• support NPI build preparation and execution
• coordinate cross-functional actions and meetings
• track production, materials, work orders, and shipments
• maintain dashboards, reports, and program documentation.
