What you'll do

• Support daily licensed childcare center operations
• assist with teacher scheduling, staffing, and classroom ratios
• coach and mentor teachers
• help recruit, onboard, and train staff
• support L.E.A.P. Curriculum implementation
• conduct family tours and support enrollment and retention
• maintain licensing documentation and support Virginia regulatory compliance
• assist with classroom observations, staff development, events, and family communications
• support classrooms and leadership as needed.
