What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes
• follow recipes and portion sizes while controlling costs
• record food temperatures during storage, preparation, cooking, and serving
• label, date, and store food
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• control overproduction and waste
• clean and sanitize equipment and kitchen areas
• check supply inventory
• report equipment and safety issues
• work as a team member.
