What you'll do

• Oversee daily community living program operations, health and safety, person-centered supports, and compliance
• hire, train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals
• coordinate staff training and development
• advocate for individuals and communicate with families, case managers, and community partners
• assist with intake, referrals, housing coordination, and support-level decisions
• monitor quality, documentation, and financial stewardship
• respond to training needs
• participate in an on-call rotation
• provide direct support as needed.
