Billing Coordinator / Estimator

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates using approved software and procedures
• review job documentation and completed work for accuracy
• coordinate with production and field staff
• revise estimates as requested
• maintain electronic job files
• prepare and submit invoices
• track outstanding invoices and follow up
• communicate with adjusters and customers
• identify and resolve billing discrepancies
• assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking.
