What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone
• manage lobby traffic
• resolve routine and complex account issues
• promote bank products and services
• process transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and debit-card disputes
• maintain and balance cash
• assist with loan applications and documentation
• meet individual production levels for retail loans, checking accounts, and mortgage referrals
• maintain product knowledge
• complete training
• follow regulatory, audit, and compliance policies.
