What you'll do

• Provide job-skills training and supervision in community and facility-based work settings
• support positive work habits, social skills, and independence
• build and maintain employer relationships to create and sustain job opportunities
• assist with vocational assessments, job-site setup, and training materials
• monitor and document progress, behaviors, and program outcomes
• participate in team meetings, planning, and reviews.
