What you'll do

• Monitor daily bank balances and prepare transfer journal entries
• review, code, and record expenses
• resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile monthly vendor statements
• process vendor payments, check requests, and employee reimbursements
• maintain vendor records
• process subcontractor documentation and invoices
• follow up on open purchase orders and missing invoices
• assist with company credit card expenses and shared inboxes
• support the Accounting Manager with accounting and administrative duties.
