What you'll do

• Lead data center operating expense analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• analyze actuals against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions
• develop cost models and dashboards
• lead operating expense budgets and long-range planning
• analyze capital projects and monitor commitments, spending, accruals, and cost to complete
• evaluate investment economics
• prepare executive, investor, and board-level reporting
• partner with Accounting on close and classification.

Why this role
