Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, equipment, and systems
• inspect buildings for structural damage and repair windows, doors, and walls
• record completed repairs and service dates
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
