What you'll do

• Source passive candidates through social media, targeted outreach, and networking
• recruit, interview, and extend offers, with a focus on designers, project managers, operations leaders, and executive-level roles
• partner with department leaders
• coordinate interviews and present applicants to leadership
• support applicant experience
• create job advertisements and assist with recruitment social posts
• maintain industry awareness
• update the career page and ADP Recruiting and applicant-tracking modules
• ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
