What you'll do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• monitor and record vital signs
• support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• assist with feeding and hydration
• maintain a clean and safe environment and follow infection-control protocols
• communicate patient status and changes to nursing staff
• assist with basic medical procedures under nurse supervision
• document care accurately and promptly.
