• Support the Restaurant Manager in developing employees and delivering guest experiences and sales

• uphold guest-first, safety, food-safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• review feedback and implement action plans
• control costs and cash handling
• support inventory, scheduling, product launches, and sales goals.
