The Web Offset Press Operator (Second Press) is an onsite role based in Hartford, WI, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour. This position supports the manufacturing team at Quad. This role exists to assist the First Press Operator in producing high-quality printed products. The operator helps with press setup, monitors print quality, performs press adjustments, and troubleshoots equipment to contribute to efficient, high-volume production.

What you'll do

• Support press make-readies and production runs.
• Monitor color consistency, registration accuracy, and print quality.
• Inspect printed products and make quality adjustments.
• Assist with plate changes, press adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Re-thread paper and adjust tension systems.
• Complete quality checks and production documentation.
