What you'll do

• Maintain salary structures, job architecture, and compensation guidelines

• conduct job evaluations and market pricing
• analyze pay and workforce data
• support global compliance, audits, and M&A integrations
• partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders
• improve processes and reporting.
