Security FLEX Officer — Second Shift

The Security FLEX Officer — Second Shift role is onsite in Elizabeth, NJ, with pay of $16 per hour. The officer protects an assigned client location, its visitors, guests, residents, and property while supporting Arrow Security’s client service mission. The role maintains a watch over an assigned post and perimeter, observes and reports incidents, responds to alerts according to protocol, and escalates situations to a supervisor when needed. It also supports de-escalation, property patrol, fire prevention, and incident reporting.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite watch and protection of an assigned post and perimeter
• observe and report
• respond to alerts according to company protocol
• notify the supervisor when escalation is required
• assist fellow guards with de-escalation when applicable
• follow fire-prevention, property-patrol, and incident-reporting procedures.
