What you'll do

• Provide companion and personal care
• assist with activities of daily living, transfers, and mobility
• accompany and transport the client as needed
• support bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• provide light housekeeping and errands
• monitor and report changes in condition
• follow the care plan and communicate with the care team.
