What you'll do

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• verify credentials and manage visitor access
• monitor access points, reception activity, and security systems
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to procedures
• maintain visitor logs and incident documentation
• and provide information and directions to guests. A valid driver’s license is required
• customer service experience, CPR certification, and comfort using a computer or tablet are preferred.
