What you'll do

• Welcome and assist overnight guests
• handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservation changes
• complete nightly audits and reconcile transactions
• balance guest accounts and payments
• prepare reports and system updates
• monitor hotel activity and safety
• coordinate with other departments and communicate shift handover information.
