What you'll do

• Cut meat to product specifications and time standards
• follow the buffet production system
• rotate meat for freshness
• stock and arrange the meat cooler
• sanitize surfaces and the meat room
• follow local health requirements
• maintain inventory forms
• report product or equipment discrepancies
• complete opening, closing, equipment-maintenance, and duty-roster tasks.
