What you'll do

• Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance on gas, water, sewer, plumbing, commercial kitchen, water treatment, and bathroom systems
• lead plumbing projects and upgrades
• maintain pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes
• conduct water sampling and testing and complete compliance paperwork
• maintain heating and hydronic systems, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration drainage
• diagnose and repair plumbing problems
• coordinate materials purchasing
• assist the building maintenance team with other duties as needed.
