The Packaging Machine Operator — Second Shift role is onsite in Delano, MN. Compensation is $21.83 per hour plus 6% SD. The operator sets up and adjusts production equipment, monitors packaging and product quality, and supports safe, sanitary, efficient line operations. The role also maintains production records and coordinates with the packaging lead and other line personnel.

What you'll do

• Start and set up production equipment
• control packaging materials, code and expiration dates, and product-specific items
• monitor product and packaging quality, contamination, weight, and line efficiency
• perform general equipment maintenance and adjustments, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• complete line sanitation and daily reports
• assist with packaging materials, line staffing, training, and recordkeeping
• follow safety and food-safety procedures and wear required PPE.
