What you'll do

• Develop facility or division strategies to reduce supply expense
• identify improvement opportunities in high-cost departments
• review expense variances and develop action plans
• participate in operating reports and expense planning
• facilitate value analysis meetings
• review products and technology for clinical evidence, financial considerations, standardization, and waste reduction
• collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, and supply chain teams.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute-care hospital performance experience required. Master’s degree, three to five years of relevant leadership experience, and LPN/RN, CMRP, CVAHP, or similar credentials are preferred.
