Job overview

The Concrete & Foundations Foreman role is onsite in Goodrich, MI, with travel to customer and project sites as assigned. This working leadership role is responsible for safe, high-quality execution and accurate field documentation across projects.

What you'll do

• Plan daily and weekly foundation and concrete activities
• lead safety planning and toolbox talks
• assign and direct crews
• verify layout, elevations, formwork, reinforcing, and placement readiness
• coordinate inspections, concrete orders, testing, finishing, and curing
• track quantities, labor, deliveries, equipment, delays, and progress
• coordinate with customers and other trades.
