The Behavior Health Technician (BHT) – IBHS, Lebanon County role is onsite in Lebanon County, PA, with a stated starting rate of $23.50 per hour, progressing to $26.50 per hour based on related experience. CCRES partners with the Home & Community Services Intensive Behavioral Health Services program to support individuals with special needs. The technician assists children and adolescents with behavioral needs in school, home, and community settings. The role implements treatment-plan interventions and documents session data and progress to support each client’s care goals.

What you'll do

• Assist students with behavior disorders in school, home, and community settings based on client medical needs
• provide interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction according to treatment-plan goals
• collect daily data and document progress notes for each session.
