What you'll do

• Maintain the facility to program and licensing standards
• supervise and monitor residents during assigned shifts
• coordinate group activities
• maintain resident and program files
• monitor service contracts and resident needs
• transport residents to school, work, and appointments
• complete daily reports
• handle emergencies and crisis calls
• support intake and discharge
• facilitate house meetings and fire drills
• assist with meals and grocery shopping
• support Residential Assistants and volunteers.
