Commercial HVAC Account Executive

What you'll do

• Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, property research, and inbound lead follow-up
• visit commercial properties to inspect equipment and assess project scope
• prepare technical proposals and estimates for installations, retrofits, and maintenance agreements
• present recommendations and close sales
• coordinate project handoffs with operations and service managers
• maintain accounts for renewals, service opportunities, and equipment replacements.
