What you'll do

• Manage service department financial and operational objectives, including revenue, margin, expenses, work in process, warranty, training, and efficiency. Staff, schedule, and develop service personnel
• manage performance and development plans. Ensure accurate paperwork and work orders before billing. Resolve customer questions and conflicts, communicate repair status, and coordinate with technicians, service writers, sales, and parts. Promote service locally, maintain shop safety and cleanliness, and pursue continuous improvement.
