The Machine Operator I — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Farmington, NY. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, with shift-differential eligibility. The operator supports production of weather-stripping and specialty products at ULTRAFAB. The role exists to operate production equipment safely and efficiently and help maintain continuous production. It includes following standard work, inspecting product, replenishing materials, removing finished product, making minor adjustments and repairs, recording downtime and scrap, and notifying technicians about production or quality issues.

What you'll do

• Follow safety work practices and support safety initiatives
• perform quality inspections and verify product tolerances
• complete inspection records
• follow standard work priorities
• set up and recalibrate equipment according to GMPs and SOPs
• notify technicians of production-line issues
• replenish raw materials and remove finished product
• make minor machine adjustments and repairs
• record downtime, return-to-operation times, repairs needed, and scrap details.
