Resident Care Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, hygiene, bathing, meals, and transfers
• make beds and obtain weights
• answer call bells
• transport residents to dining and activities
• accompany residents to outside appointments as needed
• provide supportive one-to-one interaction
• assist with communication technology
• monitor safety as needed
• organize personal belongings and care supplies
• and report resident intake to team leaders.
