What you'll do

• Supervise the Apparel and Footwear departments, including store opening and closing. Lead customer service, train and develop team members, communicate product knowledge, and support sales. Analyze store performance and implement action plans
• maintain visual merchandising and policy compliance. Lead or participate in in-store events, clinics, and community outreach. Communicate with store and home-office leadership, assist with expenses and payroll, and support loss prevention, inventory, and cash control.
