What you'll do

• Provide guidance, support, and training as individuals work in community internships or employment
• assist with resume writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, and on-the-job training
• support individuals in navigating professional boundaries and relationships
• support staff team members with job coach training
• liaise between community business partners and Mains’l through job coaching and inclusive community training.
