Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician is an onsite role based in Grand Forks, ND, with a pay rate of $24.50 per hour plus a $0.50 night shift differential. This position supports the Winland Foods production team by ensuring product safety, consistency, and compliance with food quality standards. This role is responsible for performing critical inspections, environmental swabbing, and analytical testing to protect consumer well-being. The technician collaborates with production and sanitation teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards from the land to the table.

What you'll do

• Perform daily inspections, environmental swabbing, and product inspections.
• Verify compliance with established standards.
• Conduct sensory testing, label verification, and analytical testing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and investigate customer complaints.
